Nanooks Pet Friendly Staz's.
Over the Years Nanook was a very trusted part of our family, and he was always keen for a holiday.
It may sound strange to you, but in 2014 , we were at a Mally Muster ( Fundraising day for the SHAMROQ rescue dog group).
At this event there was a Clairvoyant / Dog whisper - someone who could speak to the animal's
The question was asked, " Is Nanook Happy" the answer was "Yes" but the comment was made he would like to go on holidays with us.

So Load up the Car, and don't forget to pack the dogo Bag

NSW - Matheson
Mid North West Coast
Well here we are just outside of Glen Innes in Northern NSW, This was our final stop before home. After nearly 3500 klms on the road, this is just what the Doctor ordered.
The School house on the property was just what we needed, Nanook included, a Fire Place, a very very comfy bed, and a beautiful country side view

We had the chance to stroll the grounds of this working cattle station and check out what the local Roos were doing, but i am sure Nanook had other ideas. The homestead was just beautiful, and i wish we could of stayed a lot longer. but Nanooks home bed was calling. We would stop back here in a heartbeat. Seeing and hearing the 12 Apostils birds was entertaining in the afternoon and was just the ticket for a relating cuppa under the stunning heritage style trees.

NSW - Forbes
Mid North West Coast

Forbes is a beautiful country town in NSW which was well worth spending the day at, Nanook got to have lunch at the local RSL, and with Fish and Chips, he was a happy puppy.
Fobes was a we bit chilli when we got in that night, but Nook was happy to sit on the deck and sun himself at our accomodation for the night. A beautiful place, only 3 years old when we stayed, but i am sure it will look great for many years to come.
Lovely family made us feel welcome and too. i am sure the New Muppets will enjoy staying here the next time we are down this way.

NSW - City Center
Sydney

All i can say about Sydney City is ,WOW. brining Nanook to Sydney was like bringing a Rock Star to town. It was like all the people of Sydney had never seen a Pup like this.
Our accomodation was on the top floor of the Ultimo Boutique Hotel in the heart of Sydney, and of cause , we had to go for a stroll to the Sydney Harbor Opera House. It was like the Queen of England was there. Nanook was in his element with so many photos with people, and it so happened there was a school concert at the Oprea house this night, yes lots of photos with kids
Checking into the hotel was a bit of an eye opener for the staff, but they loved seeing our little puppy.
As you can see, Nanook was not too impressed with the Doggy bed that was supplied, but that's ok, our baby sleeps where ever he wants.
We had the top floor courtyard suit and lots of room for our baby to stroll round.
Walking the streets of Sydney was an experience, But i think Nanooks home was in Brisbane, but it was a nice place to visit.

Thanks Kath for letting us explore the area.

NSW - Upper Orara ( Coffs Habour)
North Coast

Of All the places we stayed on our travels, this place was a great restful location . From the open fields and the glorious Sunsets , to the warm fire burning brightly during the beautiful cold nights, this place was truly restful.

As you can see , Nanook loved to run and also rest on this large property, while we sat on the deck watching the sun rest in the west over the mountain range. The property has a pool and also a fancy Pizza Oven for you to use, Give Nook a chance , and he would be in for a Dip in the pool.
The French Provincial was our rest for the night, and the fireplace was where Nanook rested his weary bones. Thanks Judy for a wonderful visit.

PS - Check out Friday Creek Resort and see who is on their Pet Friendly page - Yep, our little Nanook Samuel Devine.

Oh my goodness, what a relaxing first holiday with Sam and Mya Grace.
Our little Muppets just on two and a half and this was our first real travel holiday away from home with these guys.

Just over an hour and a half from Brisbane the pups were ready to stretch their legs. As this is a working property i was very nervous to let them out of the car off lead. But they really did Suprise me on how they adapted to the farm life.
Mya as usual been the explorer had to venture off to see what the ranch had to offer, as for Sam, he just had to pee on every tree.
A great Credit to Tony and Cass the properties owner on how they have brough this property to life since taking this over in 2015.
From a Dairy Farm to a Stud farm and then left for many years till it was brought back to life.
I will remember this place well, as this is where Mya Grace learnt to swim from her big brother Sam.
Mya had never been interested in getting the pool at home, but here, when Sam jumped in the Dam, Yes Princess Mya had to follow. she just loved it .

Tony and Cass, a Very big thanks for a great stay , wish we could of stayed longer. The Pups just loved it, and so did we.
I am sure our paths will meet again . Thank you to you both.
